Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are produced specifically for your order.

Because of this, we ask customers to carefully review sizing and product details before purchasing.

Returns are accepted within the 30-day return window; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Standard Returns

For eligible returns requested within 30 days:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or wear

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded.

All digital sales are final.
